Cannot retreive emails

    Hi!

    I used to have an iPhone with NotesPro several months back, I was using the old version of NotesPro. For whatever reason I stopped using an iPhone and now that I am back using it again I reinstalled NotesPro but it does not waork anymore.

    To access my Notes Webmail I have to go into my company's intranet and then choose Email. I installed the agent successfully and it gives me the following URL: aaa.bbb.mycompany.com/mynsf.nsf/NotesPro with HTTPS enabled.

    But when I try that URL it tells me it does not exist. So I went (on my iPhone) to my intranet page and into my Webmail. The URL it shows is https://myportal.mycompany.com/https/aaa.bbb.mycompany.com/mynsf.nsf. I took that address and appended the /NotesPro to look like this https://myportal.mycompany.com/https/aaa.bbb.mycompany.com/mynsf.nsf/NotesPro

    I put that address in NotesPro in my iPhone and noy there is no error displayed but it does not retrieve any emails.

    Can you please help?
