At my workplace we currently use the full Lotus Notes function ability. We are all issued a Blackberry that is synced to Lotus Notes, however I'm an iPhone user and would prefer to use it ongoing. Problem is the company will not set this up for me!

Therefore, will my Blackberry set up be effected if I implement all the settings outlined on your website? It'd be great if the relationship between Lotus Notes and Blackberry remained the same in case IT needed to do an assessment of equipment so I could change back to Blackberry if required?
