I have purchase and installed Notes Pro 1.3.1 on my iphone 3gs running OS version 4.3

I have installed the agent and have received the "Notes Pro Was Successfully Installed" message. I then configured the NotesPro app on my iphone but when I open any of the options(Mail, To-do, etc) nothing gets populated. No error messages are seen Are there any troubleshooting steps you can recommend or any log files that may help.
