Problem with Notes Pro (Not getting any mail)

    Dear Jm Interactive team,

    I just bougth your sofware weeks ago, and I installed the agent on my mail server. Now, It seems fine acording the picture i`m attaching you bellow.

    With that, i went to my ipad and purchase the aplication.

    Until today, i can't have my email working on my ipad and :

    - I have readed your support forum , but i see there is no answer to the related topics.
    - I have tried different configurations on the server addresses, like putting another directories but nothing seems to work either.
    - I have also tried with another User id and nothing.

    If the server says it's configurated, and i put the configuration that the agent shows (like in picture), and there is no mail , what more can i do to get my emails on the ipad?

    I have to do this with other users too but before that i have to try with my personal ID , so if you have to do some test , please don't hesitate on contacting with me and giving me some ideas of where the problem could be.

    Note that the picture is attached to the only mail i found in this site. (info@jminteractive.com)
