NotesPro Authentication Problem

    Having purchased NotesPro and followed configuration instructions - all seemed to configure ok. However, I get no data synchronised to my iPhone.

    Having performed several comparisons between configurable options (on my iPhone) to how I log in using a PC Browser - I suspect the problem is due to an additional login screen, courtesy of my company's corporate "Enterprise Network Login" security - This places another authentication step in the process... same credentials are needed, but effectively I need to log in twice.

    Is there a way around this?... or have I wasted the £10 cost of NotesPro? ... Do you have a refund process?
