    My company recently 'upgraded' to Lotus Notes version 7 and since then the mail screen on NotesPro has just been blank - emails are no longer being syncronised. I have checked and reinstalled the Agent, and checked the sign in detail in the app, but no luck. Any ideas?

    Please check with your IT team. It's possible they have changed a permission that is no longer allowing NotesPro to work properly.
